The role

This is a hands-on delivery role, focused on building, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow solutions that follow best practice.

You’ll work with clients to understand requirements, contribute to solution design discussions, and deliver those solutions through configuration and development, collaborating closely with architects while focusing on execution.

We're a startup. There will be times when we all wear multiple hats. You'll be fully supported by the team, with the tools, mentorship, and flexibility to succeed and grow with us.

What you'll do

Delivery & implementation: configure and develop ServiceNow modules and applications; support testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
Client engagement: participate in requirement gathering and design discussions; support client workshops alongside architects.
Platform support: assist in reviewing existing implementations, identifying improvements, and supporting upgrades and integrations.
Documentation: contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.

What you'll bring

5+ years working with the ServiceNow platform, hands-on across configuration and development
Proficiency in JavaScript for server- and client-side scripting
Experience with Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes
Familiarity with Flow Designer and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, CSDM, and design best practice
Experience delivering in agile project environments and translating requirements into technical tasks

CSA: mandatoryCIS-ITSM: mandatory2+ additional CIS: desirable
