Every engagement starts with an honest read of where your platform is: not a sales exercise, but a genuine architectural assessment that surfaces what is working, what is creating risk, and what would actually move the needle.
Your own administrator runs a single, read-only script inside ServiceNow. It reads configuration only and changes nothing in your platform. We score the results against ten domains and 50+ metrics spanning configuration hygiene, CMDB integrity, integration design, upgrade readiness, and AI readiness. You get a written report, not a slide deck.
The assessment stands on its own. You get a clear read on your platform whether or not you engage us further.

Architect
Architecture before code. Every time. We design the solution before anything is built: data models, integration patterns, upgrade strategy, AI augmentation layer. All documented in architecture decision records that you own.
This is where most ServiceNow engagements go wrong: a junior architect writes a high-level design, then junior developers interpret it. At GlydePath, the architect who designs it leads the delivery, so there is no handoff gap.
For complex integrations, we model the full data flow, identify failure modes, and design the reconciliation strategy before writing a line of code. For AI capability, we design the prompt architecture, human-in-the-loop controls, and data governance alongside the technical implementation.
Deliver
We use ServiceNow's own Now Create methodology: structured bi-weekly sprints with defined entry and exit criteria, governed change management, and continuous testing against acceptance criteria defined in the architecture phase.
No offshore delivery. No junior architects doing the design then handing to juniors to build. The Certified Architect who assessed your platform and designed your solution is on the tools throughout delivery.
Documentation is built continuously, not retrospectively at the end. By the time we close out an engagement, your team has everything they need to operate what we built without us.

Sustain
A ServiceNow platform delivered well still needs ongoing architecture attention. New releases every six months, evolving business requirements, and the compounding effect of configuration drift mean the work is never really done.
Our Platform Excellence Partnership is the natural continuation of a project engagement: a retainer model that gives you a dedicated architect available month after month. Monthly health scans, governance cadence, and access to your architect for design decisions and major change reviews.
Quarterly architecture reviews and upgrade readiness assessments aren't separate products. They're how continuous architecture review shows up inside the Platform Excellence Partnership.
