What does the retainer actually cover?
The retainer covers your dedicated architect, monthly health scans, governance cadence, architecture-on-call, CMDB review, and AI-assisted enhancements within the retainer scope. Every engagement is scoped -- some clients need more architecture hours, some need more delivery. We scope it to fit.
We already have an internal ServiceNow team. Do we still need this?
Often yes -- internal teams are great at keeping the lights on, but architecture decisions and governance standards are a different discipline. Often the organisations we work with have internal admins or developers. We work alongside them as the architecture layer they don't have in-house.
How quickly can we start?
