These terms govern your use of glydepath.com.au and our interactive tools.
1. Use of the site
You may use the site and tools for lawful, legitimate business purposes only. You must not misuse, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the tools, or our systems.
2. The tools are indicative and educational
Outputs from Catalog Architect, Value Alignment Brief and CSDM Architect are automatically generated, high-level starting points. They are not professional, architectural, financial or legal advice, and not a final design or commitment. They should be validated by a qualified GlydePath architect before you rely on them.
3. No warranty
The site and tools are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
4. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GlydePath is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or tool outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
5. Intellectual property
The site, its content, and the tools are owned by GlydePath. You own the specific document a tool generates for you and may use it for your own business purposes; you must not resell or redistribute the tools themselves.
6. Your inputs
You confirm you have the right to provide the information you enter and that it contains no confidential third-party data you’re not permitted to share.
7. Acceptable use of the AI tools
Don’t use the tools to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or attempt prompt-injection or other manipulation.
8. Privacy
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
