Project Delivery

Architecture-first. Senior throughout. No surprises.

Every engagement scoped with an architect, delivered with one leading. Using the Now Create methodology, onshore, with AI-assisted build work that keeps costs realistic without cutting corners on quality.

Why this matters

Most delivery problems are architecture problems in disguise.

Projects go over budget, over time, or under-deliver because the architecture decisions were made too late -- or not made at all. The brief was written, the developers started building, and the hard questions surfaced at the worst possible moment.

Architecture-first delivery inverts that. We design before we build, scope what we've designed, and deliver what we've scoped. It's not a novel concept -- it's just disciplined, and most delivery organisations don't do it because it takes longer upfront.

AI is changing the economics of delivery too. Catalog items, automations, and structured build work that used to require significant developer time can now be done faster and cheaper. That shifts the value of a delivery engagement toward the architecture -- which is where the quality was always determined anyway.

What we deliver

Across the full Now Platform.

From ITSM implementations to complex integrations and custom applications -- scoped with an architect and delivered with one leading.

  • ITSM / CSM / HAM Pro implementations
  • Platform migrations and upgrades
  • Complex integrations
  • Custom application development on the Now Platform
  • Catalog item design and build
  • Workflow automation and orchestration
  • Now Assist and AI feature implementation
  • Performance analytics and reporting

How we deliver - The way good delivery actually works.

Not how it's sold -- how it's done.

  • Architecture-first scoping. The statement of work is built around the architecture, not the other way around. We design before we quote -- so there are no surprises mid-delivery and no scope creep driven by decisions that should have been made upfront.
  • Now Create methodology. ServiceNow's own delivery framework -- bi-weekly sprints, structured testing, and governed change management. It's not ours; it's the industry standard. We just actually use it.
  • AI-assisted build work. Catalog items, automations, and repetitive build tasks are delivered with AI agent assistance. That keeps those costs realistic without cutting corners on quality or architecture.
  • Senior throughout. No junior architects doing the design and handing off to junior developers to build. The person who scopes it is the person who leads it -- senior from kickoff to handover.
  • Documentation you keep. Architecture decision records, integration specs, and runbooks are delivered as part of every engagement -- not a post-project add-on or a retainer upsell.
  • Handover, not hand-washing. We train your team on what we build. The platform should be yours to operate when we're done -- not something you need us to maintain because nobody else understands it.

AI-assisted delivery

Architecture quality without enterprise pricing.

On the right work, AI makes the team up to 10x more productive -- doing as much as 90% of the repetitive build, while a Certified Architect reviews and hands over. Some engagements use no AI at all, depending on complexity. Either way, you get the outcome a large partner would deliver, at a price that makes sense for a mid-market organisation.

FAQ - Common questions.

Things people ask when scoping a delivery engagement.

How do you scope a project before you know all the requirements?
We design before we quote. The scoping process includes enough architecture work to understand the real complexity -- not a rough estimate that expands later. If requirements change materially, we agree scope changes formally rather than absorbing them quietly and billing for them at the end.
What does "AI-assisted" delivery actually mean?
On the right work, AI makes us up to 10x more productive -- it does as much as 90% of the repetitive build (requirements capture, spec generation, first-pass builds), and a Certified Architect reviews and hands over. Some engagements use no AI at all, depending on complexity. The architecture, review, and decisions always stay human.
We've had bad experiences with offshore delivery. Is this onshore?
Yes. All delivery is onshore in Australia. No offshore handoffs, no hybrid arrangements where the architecture is local but the build isn't. For public sector, health, and education clients this is a requirement, not a preference -- and it's how we work by default.
Can you work with our existing internal team?
Yes -- and this is common. Many clients have internal ServiceNow admins or developers. We typically work as the architecture layer, leading design and complex delivery while your team handles operational work. We design the handover into the engagement from day one.
What happens after the project finishes?
The documentation we deliver is designed to make you self-sufficient. If you want ongoing architecture support after delivery, Platform Excellence is the natural next step -- some clients engage us for a project first and move to the retainer once the platform is in shape.

Ready to scope your project?

Start with a short platform assessment call. We'll understand the scope, tell you what the architecture looks like, and give you an honest view on effort and cost.
