ServiceNow Architect
The role
We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect who can balance design and delivery. You’ll contribute to solution architecture but also remain hands-on with configuration and development when needed.
You’ll work with clients to understand requirements, shape designs that follow best practice, and help guide the technical direction of projects, running design discussions, explaining options to stakeholders, and documenting solutions clearly.
We're a startup. There will be times when we all wear multiple hats. You'll be fully supported by the team, with the tools, mentorship, and flexibility to succeed and grow with us.
What you'll do
Solution & architecture design: lead the design of ServiceNow solutions and custom applications; create and maintain architecture documentation.
Delivery & implementation: review existing implementations, support developers with architectural guidance, and stay hands-on when needed.
Client engagement: facilitate requirement workshops at the design level and advise stakeholders on solution options.
Pre-sales & support: assist with pre-sales activities, solution scoping, effort estimation, and proposals.
What you'll bring
7+ years working with the ServiceNow platform, hands-on across configuration and development
Exposure to multiple enterprise modules (ITSM, HR, CSM, ITOM, SecOps, SPM)
5+ years hands-on with Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes
Proficiency with Flow Designer and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, CSDM, and design best practice
Experience leading or supporting upgrades, and facilitating client workshops at the design level
Certifications
